Yep, basically. I figured if each person can choose up to 3 numbers, and we wind up getting lots of members, we might want to do 100 slots so that everyone sorta gets a chance to play. I've also put it in the rules that you can only choose one slot per day, so that again, everyone gets a chance at it. If a few people make all three selections in the same day, they might take up all of the slots and not give others a chance to choose one. If we have to (depending on members), we can add a few more slots to the board, though that does lessen each person's chances of winning, so hopefully we won't have to do that, but I would like to give as many people the chance to play if I can, and once we get about 2 weeks away from the end, I won't feel as bad about a new member not getting to play, as they kinda waited a bit too far into the contest to get in on it much, and I'd rather reward the tried and true ones who've been here making the forum what it is.
Of course, this won't be the only contest we ever do, either. So any new members that join kinda late will still have another chance in the future. This will be my only big one for the year, though. The next big one will come with next season's hatchlings. I am hoping I can breed my spider to my ghost, and maybe even a lesser (to a butter or a spider, though, I don't know yet) if she gets big enough. My het albino girl might make it, but we will have to wait until those hatch, as I need a female albino myself. I can also breed my male spider to a normal female for some more spiders, too, if these go well this year. In any case, we have a few possibilities for next year to either run a few more contests, or to run one huge one with first, second, and possibly third place prizes.
