OK, so I still have one female 50% possible het albino ball python left from '09, and I just weighed her yesterday, and she's over 500 grams already, which technically means she's outgrown her tub. My problem is, I don't have aywhere else to put her. So would anyone be interested in participating in a contest with her as the prize? Free snake: I'll even pay the shipping if someone out-of-state wins her. And not to worry, we'll still have the contest later in the year for the spider baby.
So who would be interested in this? Please vote and let me know--if there's enough interest, we'll come up with something. Photo contest, a raffle using your forum bucks (though that could diminish what you rack up for use in the spider contest), another "Name the Herps" contest, etc. Suggestions on what kind of contest are also welcome and may be posted here.

I really don't have use for her so I wouldn't really want to jump in on a contest to win her. Sorry! That's not to say that others wouldn't mind trying for her though.

I tried to vote yes, but the poll isn't letting me vote. But yes.

I don't know if this reply is too late, just joined recently. I think contests for snakes is a great idea. Although I virtually have no bucks to be in the running, maybe the next contest I will be a contender. I have only turned down one free snake and that was a rock python. Way too big and tenacious for me. Don't want my dogs to disappear. I don't have any ball pythons yet, but I will later when I feel I'm ready to jump into another addiction!

as for me, my collection will never be to big. I'd go for her!!! I have a large community room in my living room which contains many real trees, a basking ledge, astroturf flooring and a large faux rock waterfall with a pond and a few koi in the pond. (my babies wont eat em') All my pythons are very social and they feel the more the merrier as do I! They own my house they just keep me around for medical and feeding

I guess I should have updated this thread earlier . . . The snake I had in mind for this sold some time ago, and back then there weren't many interested parties.
